Information taken from clients drawings and specification will be set out in sections as required within the tender documentation, giving quantities, details, material costs, discounts, unit labour time in hours and totals. Using average preferential discounts for material costing.

A report will be produced to include full estimate details with a summary and materials schedule. A schedule of rates will be produced at the same time the estimate is compiled.

Material prices are updated on a weekly basis and are linked to our program database; clients' preferential discounts, labour rates and uplifts can be included in all reports.
