Our charges are calculated on a percentage rate of the total cost of the report with all materials calculated at discounted trade price with all Provisional Sums and Prime Cost items excluded. Any special requirements, alterations to Schedule of Rates or Bill of Quantities after the report has been produced or customers discount requirements may be subject to a further charge.
If a full design has not been prepared
a concept design may be developed that will be subject to an additional charge.Documentation & drawing photo copying, submitting to suppliers for costing - all telephone, facsimiles, e-mail and postage costs are included.
Schedule of Rates, Bill of Quantities and Labour only Reports are charged on a time basis
